HIGHLIGHTS: 

36 x 48 Horse Stable

· This 36 x 48 horse stable combines a clean, modern look with traditional timber accents.

· The exterior features cream-colored metal siding, a dark grey metal roof, and a sharp black trim package.

· Thick wooden posts and arched braces support two 10 x 48 overhangs, creating wide, shaded porches on either side of the   building. Large "X" pattern doors and a central cupola add classic farmhouse character while ensuring the structure stays well-ventilated.

· The interior is fully finished in dressed ash, creating a warm environment designed for both durability and comfort.

· A wide center aisle with non-slip interlocking rubber flooring leads to 12 x 12 black Nobleman stalls.

·The layout includes a dedicated tack room for storage, a wash bay with waterproof walls for easy cleanup, and accent ceiling fans to maintain airflow.

· With direct access from the stalls to the fenced paddocks, the building is as practical for daily chores as it is impressive to look at.
