• 38' x 160' stable and an 80' x 220' riding arena, seamlessly joined by a 60' x 70' connecting link
• Complete design and build, including paddock layouts, manure storage, outdoor riding arena, and delivery access. Working with the existing green field property, locating it in the perfect location to suit all factors – sun, wind, flat ground for the outdoor arena, and slope for a 2-tiered manure storage design
• Includes a professional-grade outdoor sand ring and a large-scale generator to ensure 100% operational uptime for the facility
• Timber-frame front with extended timber and stone accenting front wall, and classic wood Dutch doors, creating a “grand entrance.”
• Interior features high-end finishes throughout, including stained ash, full-bed stonework, and a sophisticated ceiling look using textured black steel
• 20 stalls equipped with Nobleman Designer partitions and grilled V-doors with 1 piece comfort mats, casting rails, and water taps easily accessed from the aisle to fill buckets
• Interlocking rubber matting in barn aisles, for superior animal safety
• Hydronic radiant heated floors and a state-of-the-art hidden ventilation system, precisely engineered to maintain optimal humidity and temperature, while remaining very quiet, without compromising the barn’s aesthetic.
• Connecting link containing a custom-built tack room, feed room, blanket room, groom stalls, wash stall, and a barn manager's office
• Strategic design allows for large-scale storage of hay and shavings
• Two large, custom groom stalls and a dedicated wash stall positioned specifically for ease of access to & from the arena
• The luxury lounge area overlooking the arena provides a comfortable, climate-controlled space for spectators and trainers
