Ontario's new Building Code comes into effect on January 1, 2025. The Ministry will be hosting a series of webinars to help users learn about the changes in the 2024 Building Code.
To support the sector's smooth transition to the 2024 Building Code, the ministry is offering five webinars to cover each part of the Building Code and provide an explanation for the 2024 technical and administrative key changes.
Registrations will be made on a first-come first-serve basis. Recordings of the presentations will be made available upon request later. The Ministry will also be offering some in-person sessions in various cities and provide additional information in the Fall.
