Ontario's new Building Code comes into effect on January 1, 2025.
To support the sector's transition to the 2024 Building Code, the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing recently held five webinars to help users learn about the changes. The webinars cover each part of the Building Code and provide an explanation for the 2024 technical and key administrative changes.
The recording of each webinar is now available for viewing and the webinar slide decks are available for download at the following link: Recordings of 2024 Code Webinars
The 2024 Building Code Technical Bulletins, previously distributed on July 10, 2024, are also available in the same folders for download.
