Construction of (2) 140'x418' wood-framed beef barns

52'x117' wood-framed handling building between the two beef barns and a 68'x110' office out the front of one of the barns

(2) 102'x150' covered manure storage building. 108' clear span trusses were used for construction

Installation of weather station that controls venting/airflow

Insentec feeding system in both barns, which allows the owner to closely monitor/track feed on each animal for research purposes

Penning design has reduced the amount of bedding required in each pen

Hose bib connections throughout both barns that allow the owner to connection a pressure washer for ease of cleaning and sanitizing pens

Project included a 50,000 US Gal underground fire reservoir for on-site fire suppression

Extensive detail and design into animal flow from both barns and handling building for peak efficiency and owner's requirements

Installation of (12) high volume low speed ceiling fans, (6 in each barn). All LED lighting throughout the project

Finished on the interior using white Trusscore on the ceiling and the walls and the exterior was clad in prefinished metal for the roof and walls

Concrete floors in the beef barns used for cattle lanes were grooved to assist livestock in moving around and also to aid in manure removal
