• Paralam beams used for strength within the dividing bay walls.
• 15 runs of 1.25" steel rod with Y braces though all the bays, tying them all together
• Radiant tube heating in the floor to keep the product dry.
• Exterior foundation walls are 16" thick, interior dividing concrete walls are 12" thick each with 35 mm rebar.
